Avocado Tomato & Blue Cheese Salad


Looking for something to throw together when the kids are gone and you aren’t making family dinner? This Avocado, Tomato, & Blue Cheese Salad is quick, healthy, and filling!

Making avocado salad


  • 1 small avocado, cut into 1/2-inch dice

  • 1 handful of cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into 1/2-inch dice

  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or gorgonzola

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  • Splash of your favorite homemade or bottled salad dressing

  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

  • Salad greens (opt)
